    NYCmitch25,

nah man i'm not running anything right now, don't have a full good cycle under my belt. when i first started having these attacks i didn't know what the hell was going on. the first one happened when i was driving, and i had to pull over because i thought i was having a heart attack. the second time it happened i was driving again and i just went ahead and wheeled into the nearest hospital. (which happened to be a very popular hospital) and they found absolutely nothing wrong after running a bunch of tests. i still wouldn't believe that there was nothing wrong with me so i went to my family doctor, who also said that nothing was wrong with me, just the mvp, which he said is common, and he said i had anxiety problems too. but to be on the safe said he sent me to a heart specialist who also didn't find anything wrong. yeah i had the ECG/EKG, they found nothing. i just can't explain why sometimes i get sharp pains it kinda worries me, i also get kinda tired easy . i admit i worry a lot, always have, but it amazes me that just that can cause these things.

I get that too. Ribs and arms, but not all the time, like once a month, for the last 10 years or so. Never had any tests done, but I feel great, heart problems aren't common in my family, and I'm only 23 so I doubt that's it. But I'm pretty much the opposite of you, I worry about almost nothing, sometimes I worry too little and it gets me in trouble with things I should've worried about. I kinda suck with advice sometimes, but I have a theory that if you weren't so scared of death, then you wouldn't stress so much. We're all going to die some day, and noone wants to, but if you can face it and not fear it, then you won't panic at the mere thought of having a heart attack.

Yes. And normally it is not a problem.

Note though, two major concerns though.

              1. Yeah, you can run them while on them. Yet, you need to overcome the depression anxiety first, and normally this is 4-6 month process. Also, some folks need to stay on these meds all of the time.

              2. Coming off a cycle, PCT is probably 10x's more critical than average cycle, due to fact you can quickly, in about a month be back in the depths of major depression if not done right.

Stress and anxiety has several different components than depression. Sounds like yours is more stress and anxiety related, best suggestion is counseling. What's going on is your hyper-sensitive, your constantly taking little things, magnifying them and then projecting their worst outcome into the future, thus the panic attacks, anxiety, and overall stress. This has become a habitual thought pattern that needs, IMHO, professional help to break the pattern and get better. This is an emotional issue, not a logical one.

Not saying in anyway you're a bad person, or there is something wrong with you, it's maybe more along the lines of an Olympic Athlete type of issue. Olympic athlete has a coach, and since the athlete practices several hours a day, whatever they do will become ingrained into the brain. First thing a coach does is point out weakness's and eliminates them from their routines through, re-learning stuff, and getting proper practicing habits down, so routines can become 10's. The underlying issue here is VOLUME VOLUME VOLUME. These athlete's spend so much time practicing one or two bad habits can really hamper a career. The stress and anxiety issue's are similar, they are not hard to overcome with help, only though it's very hard due to sheer volume and repetiveness of these feelings.

              hoped that helped
              good luck

Trip, can these Stress and anxiety problems cause stomach and digestive problems? I started getting aches and a bloaty feeling in my stomach and lower back about 3-4 months after I came off AAS. Keep in mind that we just moved to a new area, we are moving into a new house, and few other things that cause alot of stress. I even got a case of IBS from all this. Seems like when I came off AAS, thats when all these problems started. Was the AAS in some way keeping me balanced?

                Thanks for the help.

                  Bouncer,

                  The answer is yes.

Hmm, again, the AS, probably combined with better workout and nutritional habits formed a perfect shield to combat any cortisol or negative endocrinoligal ( just chemicals ) issues.

It's possible, Added Stress + Being Off + Not as Intense Workouts + Not As Perfect Nutrition = Percentage Wise You Are Way Off The Top Of Your Game

Best Guess is probably a combo of all of those things.

One of the things about getting in your best shape ever is you know what it feels like and then as you move away from your top shape, what used to be an okay feeling for your body, now possibly could feel like crap.

Example, coach potatoe might think hey I'm feeling great. And us, we are 20-25% from our best shape and we say we feel like crap. All the perception that has been built in by repetitive actions.

Are you making strides towards your own personal goals during this time, or have they been put on the back burner for the time being?

I went back on after being off for 6 months and am starting to feel better. Nothing was ever put on the back burner for me. I kept training and I kept eating, (it was bulking season). Its just as time went on after being off and with moving to a different state and buying a new house I have had all this stress. I am a very stressed person anyway. I go nuts if I have to sit in traffic and so on.

You know how some folks say, General Sense of Well Being, while on.

Possible since you're normally a stressed person, which means you're pumping a higher amount of adrenalin in the blood system than you're average person, now that you are back on and feeling better, one of the affects for you might be from the AS is your brain is pumpin out higher levels of Serotonin, which is the happy chemical in the brain, and it causes a constant mild sedative effect, like always having a few cocktails in you.

Big changes in life are stressful for everyone, cause, hell, everything is different, no real patterns of consistency has been established yet, even simple ones like stress relievers, like when I go to movies this is my favorite theatre, etc.

IMHO, never would have pegged you as a stressed out person. YOu either hide it well, don't show it, or have learned to handle it very well.

                      hoped that helped

yeah trip, appreciate the help. i stress about a lot of things, but i'm not depressed. a lot of things stay on my mind a lot, and for some reason, my health is one of them. i was always scared to run the aas because i thought i had some kinda heart problem or something. i had planned to start the cycle late may but i have pushed it back so i could find out more things. all this info is helping and i'm feeling better about a lot of things but still not quiet so sure im ready to cross over to the side. anybody else's thoughts would be appreciated. thanks
