Just back from Vegas....

This Sunday is my 21st birthday and I'm leaving at 6am for vegas. I am really excited. I have been there once before, but I was under age and wasnt allowed to do most of the fun stuff. I dont plan on gambling much, mainly because my 19 year old girlfriend is comming with me and I dont want to leave her in an unfamiliar city alone for too long. Ive been lookin forward to this for years. :)

im pretty sure you wont be able to gamble unless you have a photo ID that says your 21. your old licence that you got when you were 17-18 will not work. i hope you thought of that, lol.

Yeah, Im going tommarow morning to get my new one. I was worried about that when I bought the tickets, but I found out that I can renew my license up to 9 days before my birthday. That would suck big time to get to Vegas just to find out that you can do nothing.

Most casinos won't allow your GF in the gambling areas. They often DO proof people that look young. You can probably get away with playing the $1. craps game at Slots-O-Fun though because the table is at the entrance to the street. There's still lots of other stuff to do there in Vegas though. Also, there are some places w/$1. margaritas. :drunk: Hell, you can even rent a Viper for 1/2 a day if you want and blast out to Hoover Dam or Red Rock. Have a great time and stick to the strip if you're walking around at night.

Thanks for lookin out for a young kid. The Viper trip sounds awsome, but I have a feeling its a bit out of my price range. :) I'll let you guys know how it went when I get back.
