Good job, I remeber I was uncomfortable sleeping at firs. But when I kept the square bandaids while I slept it was better. Just take 2 advil ever 6 huors and you will feel better in a couple days.

I remember I just slept with a tight t-shirt on for the first few days. The first night I didn't and when I pulled the sheets up over my chest in the middle of the night and asleep.....I hooked both hoops and pulled them both over backwards!!! OUCH! Tight shirts at night and sea-salt during the day!
