I just watched a special on him on fox sports....some of those knockouts he had were brutal...what a fighter. Its a shame he is kind of messed in the head. Part of him was the greatest fighter because of it and part of him was the way he is out of the ring because of it.

I have a videotape of Tyson's first 8 or 9 fights. They total up to about 20 minutes or so, lol.

I have a pretty cool Tyson story. Back before all of the assault and rape charges and stuff, before he was married to that chick from Cosby, before he chewed on Holyfield... A big black limo showed up one night at a major toy store just about 5 minutes before closing where my best friend was working as the general manager and a guy in a suit came in. He said he was Mike Tyson's limo driver and that Mike was in the back of the car. He wanted to know if they could stay open a few extra minutes to make some purchases. My buddy thought that he was kidding him but there was the limo out front, lol. So he says OK (we were BIG Tyson fans back then). The limo driver goes back outside and Tyson comes in wearing a suit and piss ass drunk.

He takes my buddy around with him and starts picking out stuff from the shelves- lots of toys. So my buddy gets his assistant to collect all the stuff as they go through the store and take it all to the front register. Tyson was there about 15 minutes or so. In the end, he bought something like $7500. in toys and had them donated to a local children's hospital ANONYMOUSLY! He then tipped my buddy $50 for his time and trouble. LOL. True story, swear to god.

Wow, very nice story.

I truly believe tyson is a good person deep in heart, when you seem he speak you can tell he is deeply depressed and thats probably the root of all of his problems. The show, "Beyong the Glory" on Mike Tyson is one of the best shows I have ever seen.

????? WOW....what a waste. I hope he stays out of boxing for good now. Losing to a no one like McBride...didn't he even spar hard with some chumps before showing up for this fight? Hell, he had a while to prepare and he probably thought that he would just cruise to victory. One of us (read-not actually me) should challenge him and make some cash in the ring.
