This goes out to puddles..

First let me say that I love my wife dearly. And I have a very happy life with her.

However.....

My wife "waited" for marriage, and I was the one to have that honor. Along with this, I've found that its been difficult to "express" my complete sexuality with her do to the fact that she wasn't that experienced.

Its been 6 years now that we've been married and I still find that some of MY sexual desires are still being held back.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge freak that wants to do some crazy shit or anything, BUT having NOT waited for marriage, I find that I like to do things that I feel I can't even suggest to her...

For example:

The whole Anal sex thing, I playfully mentioned to her a few times, trying to see if she'd even consider it. Pretty much her reaction was that its totally and completely wrong. So, I'm pretty much SOL there.

Over the years I've tried to interest her in programs like "real sex" and stuff like that along with books that show different sexual positions, hoping that would open her mind a bit to trying things.

Having said all this, she's really not a prude...She loves having sex as much as I do. (Not to mention that she is a major squirter)
She's defanitely opened up and relaxed a bit since when we first got married..

But I have to say that I'm still dying to try anal with her. But I still feel like its just a dead issue.

Little steps will work best. You've already seen her loosen up in the last few yrs. so as time goes on, she'll probably continue to be receptive to new ideas and eventually want to try it. Some women just never can get into anal for various reasons, it's no different than the various tastes for different foods we all have. Only time will tell in your situation. If the time comes for her, work her up to it in baby steps so that she's not in pain but only enjoying the pleasurable sensations by starting out small, like with a well lubed finger while you're going down on her, do that for a few weeks and then move onto something larger for a while, eventually she'll be ready to take you inside her.

There is a fun book that I bet you two would have a good time with. It's called 101 Grrreat Nights of Sex! You can make it a weekly thing if you want, say every Friday and you take turns as to who opens a page each week, or you can do it more or less often. The book is a great way to help loosen up someone who's shy or reserved and it's written by a woman who knows how to do this without offending anyone.
