I've been real disappointed in myself lately, my training as been shit, my diet has been shit and to top it off I've been sick for over a week now! Seems like I've been spending more time trying to find a training routine that is effective that I LIKE that my numbers have dropped and overall goals have seem to appear further away.
Bodybuilding is not as easy as some think. You can't just go to the gym and thow some weights around for a while and get the gains you want. That might work in the beginning, but you will soon hit a wall, then what? You adjust your routine, diet, rest, etc..That's the hard part! You can't just say "Well this routine works for SC or this is what Bouncer does so I can do that" b/c it might not work for your body. Who would of thought that discovering what works for your body could be such a task?
I've been doing very good with my diet these past two years not eating fast food or any fried foods and sweets. Lately I don't know what the hell is wrong with me, but I've been craving ice cream and candy like a kid! NO GOOD!
I've also been extremely busy with my little girl's t-ball team. We are second place right now going into the playoffs so these girls are hyped and I have admit I am too! Needless to say I don't have time to train like I used to with practice and two games a week!
To top it off I got a sinus infection/bronchitis(sp?) last Saturday and I can't seem to shake that shit. My immune system must be shit now or something b/c I get sick more often and it's harder for me to recover now. I do smoke so that probably has a lot to do with it.
Well that's my rant for the day! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Ok I 'm better now.
