Anyone cross the border lately?

Just wondering if anyones made the trip down south lately and how the customs situation is right now. More specifically around the San Isidro/Otay crossings.
It seems like every time i cross it gets worse and worse as far as being hassled by the customs guys. First time was a breeze, Second time we got questioned for about 5 minutes before they let us pass, and the last time they freakin made us pull over and get out of the car so they could run this big x-ray type thing over our car before they let us pass!
So if anyones been lately im interested to here how customs treated you.

I went across at the TJ border a few months back, it was horrible. I walked across and it took 1 1/2 hours to get back across. I like the idea of customs hassling everyone makes me feel like my tax dollars aren't being wasted as usual.

I'm not implying that you go to Mexico for anything other than entertainment, BJJ PitBull but your post got me thinking about it for awhile now; Hell, why even go south other than to get some illegals to bring you up some gear later on? Hell, they certainly get across the border easy enough. Why take the risk? It's not like the cops would allow an illegal lien in just to start a probe because some might deliver a bottle of cyp or some EQ...just a thought.
