Agreed. I realize that Clark Kent was a dorky clean cut guy, but at the same time Superman is supposed to be the man of steel; muscled up and everything according to the comics. The guy that played Spider Man looks more athletic than this little terd.

Take X-Men. You didn't see them coming out with their old costumes b/c times have changed and that's just not cool like it was back then. They had to adjust with the times; same with Batman. You didn't see Michael Keaton or Christan Bale coming out in Adam West's outfit, lol.

I think they finally found a good guy to play Batman; I think they could have done a better job for Superman; Maybe if they beefed this dude a bit he would be alright.

The problem with these movies seems to be that they dont follow the comic exactlly as they should. Superman is not a skinny geek. He is a jacked up man of steel.

and BLM is right, this guy is a fruit.

True, but a lot of these comic movies appeal to the geeky kids. I'm not saying everyone, but a lot of them want to escape into comics cause they don't like who they are now. That's why spiderman did so well in the theaters because it appeals very well to the geeky crowd. Most of them want to see a superman who is more like them who can become something totally different.

Yes, unfortunately he has never been moved from the comics to the tv and movie screens properly. They could have at least found some decently built guy so that when the prostetic suit was put on it wouldn't be so much of a stretch. Hell Tom Welling at least has some meat on him, and not just some skinny dude who looks like he does some cardio.

I don't see why not. Toby Mcguire is making to much money of the spider man series. He will probably do them until it starts to die down. I think it's the best out there still. I liked batman alot, but still think spiderman is better.
