Underworld 2
Underworld: Evolution continues the saga of war between the Death Dealers and the Lycans. The film goes back to the beginnings of the ancient feud between the two tribes as Selene (Kate Beckinsale), the beautiful vampire heroine, and Michael (Scott Speedman), the lycan hybrid, try to unlock the secrets of their bloodlines. This will be a modern tale of action, intrigue and forbidden love, which takes them into the battle to end all wars as the immortals must finally face their retribution. Has just finished filming.
Spiderman 3
A lot people are trying to guess who the next villan will be to this movie. At first it seemed obvious that Harry would become the Hobgoblin following his fathers foot steps as the Green Goblin, but I'm not so sure that will unravel just yet. Sources say that the new villan will most likely be The Sandman. A lot fans including myself were hoping to see Venom make his debut, but it doesn't look like that will happen! Sources report that Venom is too violent and they fear that that movie will have to be rated "R" b/c of the violence. WTF?
X-Men 3
Director Brett "Rush Hour" Ratner, will helm Fox' X3, the third big screen franchise installment of Marvel Comics super-hero team of 'mutants'.
Shooting will begin in August for a 2006 (US) Memorial Day weekend opening.
Ratner previously developed Warners Superman Returns, before it was handed over to director Bryan Singer, who dropped out of X3.
Screenplay for X3 is written by Zak Penn/Simon Kinberg.
The original returning stars of the franchise have been signed, with new additional cast including Kelsey "Frasier" Grammer as 'Beast', Vinnie Jones as 'Juggernaut' and Maggie "Lost" Grace as 'Kitty Pryde', aka 'Shadowcat'.
Ratner directed the first two Rush Hour films, but actor Chris Tucker's unwillingness to sign a $20 million deal for Rush Hour 3 has given Ratner an open window to helm X3.
