back yard, My Dogs are gona love this place. I won't even tell you what this place cost in Massachusetts but I'm about 25 miles from Boston, Kinda South and west of the city. I'm putting my current home on the market as soon as I move but I need to do a few things to it just to clean the habitation out of it. Nothing worse then showing a house with your bad taste and oder and pet smells.

Congratulations! I dream of owning 5-10 acres of land someday, but that's gonna be awhile.

I have actually looked at those, My problem is that I am actually going to have Horses and goats not to mention I need to move some large trees around. I also want to put in a dirt road to the back of the stables. I need a machine that can do a lot of things. The tractor I'm looking at is a compact with a Backhoe and a loader, The mower will be a rear cutter. There is also a lot of equipment that is staying with the farm that is useless without the tractor. There is also a snow removal isue hear as many of you know

Thanks everyone, My excitment level is off the scale. I have wanted to post pics a while ago but I wanted to be sure the deal was done 1st in case it fell through. I had no problems with the Bank on my end but 1 of the propertys I sold was haveing some ups and Downs with the Buyer. The deal has gone rather well on my end but some times other people can rock your boat.

Thanks, Mrs P The house has Vaulted ceilings In the Kitchen , Living room and the garage. There is a Jacuzzi in the master bath and I am putting my gym in 2 bedrooms. I will eventually take the wall down between them. The basement Is finished but its going to be an Apartment for my sister in law. I have to put in a Bathroom and a Kitchen but there is plenty of space. I can't believe the space in these Ranch homes
