  • What would u call a arm doctor/specialist

I need a doctor to check out my arm, when i was young i had a rotator cuff injury and nowadays behind my arm, right above my arm pit still on the upper arm, not back...it's real tight, i'm guessing it's the tendons got ruptured and then they grew back very tight

i want him to tell me if anything's wrong, if it could be tendonitis and/or if there is any type of exercise i can do to fix it or strengthen the muscles back their

There are a lot of rotator cuff exercisese that you can do. Do a google search and you will get many sites with exercises and pictures. They are very effective in building the muscles around the shoulder and improving flexibility. I do them every day.

You need to see an orthopedic doctor and most likely get an MRI.

an orthopedist can tell you if anything is wrong w/ it, a physical therapist can teach you ways to strengthen it and prevent further injuries. either way, if you have insurance at least, you'll have to go through your primary care physician first for a referral.
