  • Does $53 for one person sound like alot for a hotel room?

People come in all the time and ask our rates. Well it's $53 for one person for one night(rate goes up as you have more people by $5 a person). If you have AAA or AARP or are here for business it $48. They always then ask if that's really the best they can get. I'm like what the hell do you want, it's not a roach motel, it's a best western. I know it's not 5 star but really... I get it alot with the $53 rate (and when it goes up depending on the situation) and still some at the $48 dollar rate.

sounds good bro, the cheapest ones people use here are about 30 bucks, one night stands. But here they run around the same prices.

I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel for anywhere near $53--except when I used priceline. That sounds damn cheap to me! I guess maybe I'm used to big city prices though.

$53 doesn't sound too bad. How big are the rooms and the beds? Next time someone asks if that is the best deal they can get, you should tell them it won't cost them a thing to sleep in the trunk of your car!

The last two hotels we stayed at were the Portofino Bay in Orlando for $349 a nite and a Country Inn & Suites just outside DC for $120 a nite. If you can get a decent room at a major chain these days for less than $100 a nite you should be damn happy.

53$ sounds very cheap to me. In Norway you can't get a hotel room for less than 100$ a night.
