    http://www.sky.com/skynews/home

    2 confirmed deaths so far

Fucks, thats all I've got to say about them!

Just got in touch with my fiance, she works in London and she's safe and well, thank god they didn't target her exit station..Today!!

I'm tellin her that she goes in well before usual start time and comes home early as well, to avoid peak hour travel.

I've seen all sorts of different reports so far this morning while doing cardio.

One station said it was terrorists....another said it was some type of power surge.

Glad your fiance is safe though!

Yeah all of the reports are different. I heard over 100 casualties now. It's very sad.

Gosh, I wish Al Queda would find a hobby. The waste so much time and energy on blwong shit up for no reason.

This kinda freaks me out....I just booked a trip to London over Labor Day weekend....

A coworker just said there's a possibility it could have been the IRA.

Some Al Queda affilliate in London has claimed responsibility on their website. The news I read indicated they found explosives traces at one of the sites of the explosions. This is definitely a terrorist attack. What are the odds that 4 terminals will just explode at the same time as a bus and all that from a power surge?? ZERO, that's what.

This really pisses me off--I hope whoever was responsible for this is found and held accountable, although they can never really make things right.

I would like to know what they find so honorable about doing this kind of cowardly act. Its like running up and punching someone from behind and then running away. These people have no honor and are true cowards.

                      33 confirmed dead now!

I have a new job now (2 months old) and don't work in Central London any more, but I did for 4 1/2 years, me and my fiance are moving into a new house we are buying and we have the bank loan arranged to buy this place based upon what we earn from our jobs.

Her job is in London and even though we have our hearts set on buying this place I'm now thinking "fuck this" I'm gonna tell her tonight that if she doesn't want to work there any more then chuck the job and I'll cover bills till she finds work outside London, maybe we should forget about the house now.

I don't like letting someone/terrorist group bully me/us into changing our ways but life is too short anyway and I couldn't be without her

What they are doing is succeeding in creating hatred from me, and all that will hapen is it will invoke racism from large groups in London and we don't need any more of that.

But I agree that we shouldn't really let it damage our lifestyles, just take sensible steps where possible.

I travelled round the world in 2001 and my last stop was New York, I stayed with my freind Pete in Manhaton (I'd met Pete and another guy Rob) in Thialand, he was a trader taking a year off to travel, they showed me some places, burgur bars, pizza deli's and bars in New York, real nice guys.

I had my picture taken on top of the Twin Towers on 4 September 2001, flew out of New York 9 September.

Well you guys know the score after that, that really touched me because the people I met in New York were so helpful and talkative.

I just hope that now we can really go after Bin Laden, I don't wanna hear Bush say when questioned comments like " I don't know where Bin Laden is, to tell you the truth I don't really care"

thats pisses me off, and I certainly don't mind paying higher taxes to fund military hardware in support of an Afganistan Campaign, Blair and Bush need to make an example of these groups and show that we hit back, where it hurts not digress our attention away from the perpetrator.

yeah dont give in to their bullshit terrorist antics, we cant be afraid and let them ruin our economies and strike fear in peoples hearts. We cant afford to be afraid of them,

A good quote from G.W. about the attacks in london

"We will not yield to these people, will not yield to the terrorists," he said in a short statement after Blair departed. "We will find them, we will bring them to justice, and at the same time we will spread an ideology of hope and compassion that will overwhelm their ideology of hate."

Thats quite empowering to hear and I hope they do just that, get justice :hang:
