can i get any taller after 21 years old?

Anything is possible, but, I wouldn't count on it. Even us taller guys are usually done growing by 21. Height is not everything. I am tall and have had some bad back problems. I am naturally weak and it takes alot to look big.

My best advice is to just be happy who you are...I know it's sappy, but it's the best thing you can do.

na, you wont grow anymore. instead of worrying about getting taller, worry about getting wider! that is much more impressive. :)

Not gonna happen....sorry. Like Bouncer said, play to what are likely your strengths: shorter limbs usually equal nice full muscle bellies. Get THICK!

I know some people that have grown an inch or so at the age of 23 but its very rare. I wish I was still growing too :(

It's not likely that you'll get any taller but, when you get older you'll get shorter. LOL

Its rare but i have a neighbor who grew till 27,a few inches in heighth and shoe sizes...Hes now in his 30s and 6 foot 9
