Need help with ideas for a new tattoo

Trying to incorporate a Poland and USA theme together. Also put my son's name on it. This is the Polish Crest and the poland flag.

Maybe something like this in the wings of the Polish Creast

yeah having the flag incorporated into the wings would look really good, then are you thinking about leaving the body just white or adding some color in there as well?

I havn't really decided if I was going to keep it all white or leave the top half white and make the bottom half red like the flag. Also in someway incorparte my sons name into the chest of the eagle. I don't know if I should put Nikodem for his full name or just Niko for what we call him.


I'm not thinking I want the tattoo that big. Maybe about the size of an average sticky note, or a little bigger. I would put it in the center of my upper back maybe with the wings spreading across my traps.

I'm having a guy redraw this eagle in tribal design to put across my upper back.

Interesting concept Shibby, I would bring it to a designer. def. sounds pretty cool. Ill run it past a friend who does this for a living. Ill let you know what he thinks. If I were to have a boy i've always like the name Nico. short for Nicolo.

You need to go some tattoo shops, talk to the artists and see what they can come up with. You needsome basic ideas, print out some pics etc...then they can do their thing. The guy at the shop here asks for a $20 deposit (which he later puts towards your tatttoo) to do drawings. The eagle pic is just a basic guideline for him to go by. It's going to be huge and won't be any less than $500.

I know...that's why it won't be in the near future that I get it done. Right now I have more important things that demand that money.

hey shibby, make sure you go big enough to get details in because if you shrink that down that much you have to take all the detail out and it will kind of suck, no offense. Yeah I would bring it somewhere you plan on having it done and ask them to draw something up making sure to make it the size you plan on having actually tattooed.

BLM - I like that eagle, that will look bad ass across your back if it is really big like that
