I just found out a month ago that I am going to be dad. I just wanted to share that with everyone. She is about 2-3months pregnant, but her belly is developed like a 5month belly. We havent had the ultra sound yet but we will next week. Then I will know for sure how far she is. I was thinking it could be twins cause her belly is so big already. Also my girl is nervous cause she thinks that since I took aas in the past about 8 months ago that the baby could be un healthy. What yall think? Any studies show anything on this? When she said that I told her "no way" but now that it actually hit me that I am really gonna be a father I just want the best for my child. So I have to be sure. Any help would be appreciated. Also, since this came at the wrong time when I was going to go back to fulltime school and no work, now I have to get a fulltime job that doesnt make as much as I used to. I would like to know if anyone has any websites or suggestions on getting any type of gov. help , free clinic help or anything along those lines. Brothers and sisters of this website, I really need any suggestion of help at this time cause she aint going to work for about 6-9months after the baby is born. Also, any suggestions on names anyone? I dont know the gender but either way I will be clueless on what to name the baby. Thanks for any help in advance.

First I will say you can go to your local health department. That's what my girlfriend and I are doing since we don't have alot of money. All the doctor visits and birth are paid for by the state. You won't get quite the indepth attention as you would with a personal doctor but they do make absolutely sure the mother and the baby are healthy. Monthly appointments for the first 8 months of the pregnancy. Then it goes to by monthly and then weekly the last month. The care we have got is very good. The AS you have taken will not affect the baby in the least. AS dosn't change or mutate the DNA of your sperm. I will be the first to tell you that you don't have to give up school. I work full time and go to school for 9 hours of credit. I could probably go full time even but with the way things are structured for my girlfriend and I she is going for over full time (as she was before) and playing basketball. So I am doing my part and still able to do both. You will just have to change things up quite a bit. We weren't planning on out baby either, but it definatly isn't the end of your plans for the future.

Oh as far as names go, I would just suggest and pick something meaningful that you like. For example my baby is half polish and its very important to us that he knows his polish side. So we picked a polish first name and middle name that we liked. Just make sure and think about what kind of things rhym with it and how it's going to be pronounced to others. It may sound silly, but you kid has to live with it and it can affect they way it feels about itself.

Thanks bros. Also Rocket that is a good name I might think about! J/K!
If its a girl I would a name that means something along these lines. Furious but yet women like. Reason being is because I want my girl if its a girl (hopefully) to get into JUdo at the age of 3 because women are way better and more furious when it comes to Judo. Plus my family and friends all do Judo and I would love to make her into a champion.
If its a boy then something like strong and smart or something like that.

Well seeing how it's a passion, you are going to have to arrange something with your girlfriend. Help her to do what ever is needed and make sure and give her time to do something enjoyable. Remeber that this is more than just going to the gym and lifting. With diet and rest it's an all day hobby. I know there are other things to do, like get back into a martial art, but this is more important. Maybe in the future out time will allow me to do it, but as for now this is my only realease. You will see as the baby starts to grow, you won't feel the need for extra hobbies. Loving your baby becomes your extra hobby.

What I had to do was start packing a gym bag the night before and going straight to the gym after work and then straight home... I would tan on nights I did not train and on the weekends... You want to make sure you have time enough for your family first and foremost, if you have the desire and I believe you do, you will find time and ways to workout... Sometimes you will miss workouts because of your kid, NO BIG DEAL, you can catch on the weekend or just enjoy the day off... Most of us here are not making a living with our body's so we must always keep our priorities in line...
I have a friend who wont miss a workout for anything... including his daughter and it is said to see her face the way he goes on about training, having to miss something because of her, or the fact he cant lay around the pool all day and tan because she wants to do other things.... He has a one track mind focused all on himself and one day he is going to be a lonely old bitter man when his kid wont have anything to do with him..... OK I'm done with that rant
