i just read on my paypal account summary, that the transaction went well and all, but what has freaked me out was that ebay send me an email on this person. He had alot of GOOD FEEDBACK, thats why i decided to go with it. So whats freaking me out was that ebay suspended this persons id screename or something like that.

What can be the reason of this shit, and could I be affected with it. I don't wanna get screwed out of this shit, even though 34 bucks aint alot but still, knowing that some punk ass kid stole from me. Should I wait a few days, I emailed the shithead already, lets see if he repsonds. Should I wait or file a complaint with ebay or paypal. Dammit, im ticked off.

More likely what he was selling didn't comply with ebay's selling policy you'll have to contact ebay and find out why they pulled it.

If worse comes to worse you can always file a claim with paypal I always get refunds from paypal when ebay auctions go wrong.

Now that u say that, its weird cause he had good feedback, but when i was going through the guys sells, he was selling "Cookie Recipes" for $.01 (one cent) which I dont get. Shitloads of people bought off of this guy.

on the ebay email they send me, it said not to ask about other members because of privacy issuses or something, for thier protection.

Hey man, i emailed the guy, should i give it a few days.

I got the fuckers name on the transaction, he's from Springfield, ILLinois. Another thing is I went to the guys emailing service, did a search on his I.D name and said "no match". :breakit: :breakit:

The "cookie recipe" had to be a coverup for something. People buy the recipe but they are really buying something else.

That's how people get around scalping tickets sometimes. They sell something meaningless and the tickets come free.

A buddy of mine got scammed buying redskins tickets on ebay last football season. Lost about 300 bucks on the deal but eventually paypal refunded his money. Allow me to introduce you to the darker side of ebay. Good luck.

Juice, first e-mail the guy and see if he responds. If he does not respond, click in the link on either Paypal or ebay for the "Buyer Protection Policy" and read it over and follow the instructions to get a refund. You won't get screwed out of your money since you paid through Paypal.

I'm willing to bet it's like what Stromba said. There's a good chance you'll get your merchandise since the Paypal went through. I'd give it a week though, sometimes people are doing other things besides paying attention to their auction stuff.

one thing its worth pointing out is this. paypal is a service of ebay. if you sent the funds via paypal i would think that since ebay owns paypal, they would be able to get back your money for you.

they took down one of my autions for a name brand necklace that I was selling... ebay always looks at almost every name brand as being counterfeit. I remember because they took it down after the auction closed and after the person had paid me, I did send out the necklace... I still have 3 more that I haven't listed because I don't want them taking away my selling account.
