Bought Augusts issue of FLEX today at Kroger and it has kinda left me wanting something a little more indepth as far as the actual exercising and dieting goes. So here I am trying to get some opinions of what you guys/girls think are the best mags out there for BB.

Flex is to made more for advertisements then good information. Personally, many do not agree with me, but I feel Men's Health has alot more beneficial information for me, as a non competative lifter, then most other mags. MH is filled with good research information and diet and training tips.

I tried a couple others and I just can't find anything else. I feel like I am wasting my money for $6 mags with nothing but gay pics and advertisments.

Unfortunatly you won't find what you are looking for in the mags. Alot of it with the diets has to do with the how different everyone is. It can give you some tips but nothing in depth.

:agree: IMO, MD is the only thing worth the money out there. They have pages and pages of relatively new info supported by research-they actually have abstracts or summaries of research articles to support the facts. They have a number of articles written by decent pros. It's the only magazine I would spend money or time reading.
