  • Pumpin' Tunes

So I was cutting the grass today listening to my ipod shuffle and I got the brilliant idea to ask you guys/girls what cd really gets you pumped up during your cardio or a workout. Right now My Chemical Romance - Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge has been getting me through my pain threshold...must be Gerard Way and his frail emo body that inspires me lol.

I just downloaded Korn's Follow the Leader CD. I had forgotten how kick ass that was. Also, Tool is another one that never fails to get me going. Prison Sex and Parabola (or whatever it's called) get me pretty hyped up. Ok, so the words to prison sex aren't very good for lifting, but that hard, classic rock type sound to it is awsome.

The Prodigy's "The Fat of the Land" is still one of my favorite gym records.

Guys, I was looking for a definetive album. Not a (to use YJ's favorite word) myriad of bands. As a matter of fact we should go VH1 on this mother f'r and just make a top 3 workout albums list. Right now I think mine is:

                1. Stone Temple Pilots - Vatican Picture Show
                2. The Killers - Hot Stuff
                3. My Chemical Romance - Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge

But it changes all too often...
