Well, I guess high humidity is relative... if the air conditioning is working right, if the building is well sealed or ventilated, and what you're used to. I grew up in California... so N.C. is pretty humid for me. Anyway, I go in and work out today, hit legs pretty heavy (Deadlifts, Squats, Legpress, Calf raises) and get out of there. I get outta there, get in my car, and halfway home, I puke. Good thing I brought a workout towel today, grabbed that and covered my mouth with it. Don't ya love that?:mad: I blame it on the humidity
