            right now im depressed as shit bro. Fuck I see those pics and for not hitting the gym nor eating, I lost it all. Ive been hitting the weights for 2 weeeks now. Hopefull in a month I'll get back to where i was at and after that do my cycle.

            Thanx bro. Yeah man, i took that pic a few months ago I'd say about 8-9 months ago.
            For traps I would train with back either using bb shrugs or db shrugs, depending.

            Some good advice, just never stop pumping iron cause its hard when u stop. Dont let laziness beat you, nor drinking (happend to me), eating shitty, and stuff like that. For me, Im really depressed right now to the point I feel worthless. You dont want to start over again and going back to where you were once at. JUst add to what you got and be bigger. But ive done this before in the past, it will take me no time to get there but all the hard work could be gone fast.

                Juice, you really sound down. I assume you did a decent PCT after your last cycle but do yourself a favor before starting another cycle and get bloodwork done to check your test levels and make sure they're where they should be, if they're low that could be a reason you're feeling so down. Gotta be careful with this stuff. You don't have to go to a doctor, you can order your tests online at www.questest.com and get your results in a few days online. They have a page with all the locations in your state too.

                Don't forget, muscle has great memory and rebound capabilities, you'll be back to where you were in no time. Eat, train and rest! :bbq:

                    thanx for your concern guys. Ive been feeling like shit all week long. I started a new job, its cool and all but not worth it to me (paywise). I dont really have a lunch, time. Now with school coming, Ive had too much on my mind.

                    I havent done a cycle like in a year or so. Last one I finished was on Novemeber of last year. I really need to check out my blood bad. Diabitis runs in my family, maybe worried I could have it or something. My cuts wont heal on time, takes about a month or month and a half for a cut to heal. Stuff like that. Self-esteem is down bigtime too.

                    Glad I had a vacation weekend, just got back. Was out 2 nights and 2 days on a State Park.
