    I hurt my shoulder back in April breaking up a fight between two dogs. I tweaked something in my right shoulder. I went from regularly benching 315 to barely getting up 135 in a matter of 2 days. Slowly but surely it has healed and is now back to normal. I am not taking any gear right now, haven't been for almost 3 months now. I have been intentionally trying to lean up a little bit. I was sitting at 225 benching 315. I am now down to 215 and I put up 330 last Thur CLEAN. It felt awesome!!! I actually had a little more in me, maybe 335, 340. The last time I was benching 330, I was taking 750 mg's test/wk along with 50 mg anadrol/day and weighing 235. I'm starting a good cycle the 1st of Oct. 350 is a gaurantee, 375 or maybe 405 is not too far away as goals. It feels like I have made it over the 315 plateau.
