Holy shit man, where do you live? its got to be cali somewhere huh? Those prices are insane, the bottom has got to drop out of that real estate market sometime its crazy. I just bought a 3 bed townhouse with 2car garage and 2 full baths its like 1700sq ft. for 177k and it was built in 2001 so its pretty new. I thought it was tough out here trying to pay a mortgage, I feel for ya brother

Yea, he's in cali like me. The thing here to do is to spend the bread to build a house and then once it's build, the house usually jumps $40-50k right then. Then you just sell it and do it again and again. Real estate is the way to go here cause the prices keep going up. They got houses going for a million in napa just because of the land it's on, and they are straight shacks.

47K, well it all depends on where you live because of cost of living. Thats not high if you live in Cali or NY. But its really good if you live in certain parts of the south.

My fiancee always tells me about how much money she hears the R.N.'s make over in Cali. I said yeah but its also the most expensive place to live so you're not coming out ahead. R.N's also make ALOT of money in Alaska but who the fuck wants to live there. lol

aint that the truth if you can get in first phase of a new site and wait it out untill the last phase you can easyly make 40-50k.
