Puddles and BBAddict...you two are sad...forget the low-fat crap. Those burgers are BEEF, and when he gets done grilling them, he's going to top them with cheese and bacon!

do any of u all ever make fajitas, brisket, sweetbreads (something like that), some ribs. I was used to making cookouts every other weekend here at home. Havent had one in a while now.

Hitman, I love my beef! But those burgers the little guy's grilling are bison. Notice they flip around like hockey pucks and the flame doesn't intensify when he pats them down. :bbq:

Juice, we just tried a new bbq place called Smokey Bones and I had brisket and some sweet cornbread with pecan honey butter or something sinful like that. It was delicious but the meal didn't sit well in my belly. LOL I make fajitas once in a while as a treat too.
