I know most games have started. Here is some writeups on a few of tonights games.

A friend of mine is really high on Buffalo. I got no opinion. Without Orlovsky, I surely wouldn't lay it, even with those RB's for UConn. Lean to Buff, no bet.

Oregon has me all confused. They can score but I wonder how they'll do with the confusing UH offense. The Cougs struggled last year because people figured it out a little bit but their sked was a lot harder as well. I think this Oregon defense is exploitable and their offense is good for at least 38 against the woeful UH defense. I'd say this game will get to 70 at least.

    Prediction: At least 70 points.
    The play: OVER 59.5

Lot of hype surrounding EMU and I know Cincy lost a lot, but this is D'Antonio's second season, although Gino Guidugli was in college when I was back in the late 90's, so losing him will hurt some. The QB and WR for Eastern are better than anything Cincy can put on them. But I can't fathom taking less than DD's with an EMU team that couldn't stop Cincinnati Moeller, let alone the University of Cincinnati. Will pass for now.

Really like Vandy in this spot at Wake. Other writeups can be more comprehensive than this one but I took them for several reasons. Wake is a terrible fave under Grobe, Vandy lost several close games last year and their quarterback can make a lot of things happen with that receiver against the Vandy secondary.

Prediction: Vanderbilt 24, Wake Forest 23
    The play: Vandy plus 9

Gonna wait a little longer on Central Florida and South Carolina. I want 21 and will take it if I see movement the other way tomorrow but I think it might get to 21.5, and if and when it does, I'll fire away on the dog. They were winless last year but this South Carolina team has a bunch of guys who don't fit the Spurrier philosophy. In 3 years, they'd cover 30 against this team but O'Leary is a decent coach and is in Year 2, and they'll be ready. It should be close for quite awhile.

Prediction: South Carolina 30, Central Florida 20
The play: nothing yet. But if I can get 21.5 i will take it

Nothing on Temple/ASU. Suspensions will hurt Temple but come on, we all know it's up to Dirk on what the final of this one will be.

Big money poured in on Washington State earlier today and jacked it back up over 28 again. They beat Idaho handily last year and covered for fun, and will likely do it again, though this is Holt's second year and they do have a lot back. It might be close for a little bit but Idaho doesn't have the established depth to compete for 60 minutes. I'd lean taking 28.5 or more but no bet for me for sure.

Nothing on Minny/Tulsa. Lean to Tulsa because of their record as a HD under Kragthorpe and their goofball offense, but Minny has had ample time to prep for it. They just don't travel well to inferior opponents under Mason, though they do get the money quite often in non-con road games, amazingly enough.
