If they want to know why it took awhile to scrape together a sizeable contingent of National Guard, they might want to look at how many of the Guard's ranks are already deployed in Iraq; Kanye, Jesse Jackson, and their fellow race card-playing crybabies seem to have forgotten there's a war going on.

on the o'reilly factor, he and one of the army col. in charge put the blame on new orleans governor for not getting the national guard in on time, once the levee broke there was no way for the help to instantly get in....the col said that the governor should've already had the national guard close by
