If you really want to broaden your horizons, listen to Fresh Air on NPR... Terry Gross has got to be the best interviewer in America. She has a great show with an *extremely* eclectic selection of guests. One day, it may be Paul Wolfowitz, the next day, it may be a virtuoso musician or actor, then a Nobel prize-winning scientist and so on. Fantastic stuff.

Bill Maher is not for me. I hate the way he trash talks America and the way he critisizes the way our gov provides our freedom. If it weren't for our gov defending our freedom against others he wouldn't have that fuckin' show....but what can you do? Freedom of speech, right? Anyway as for newschannels it depends on whether you are a democrat or republican. CNN will report one thing, FOX will report something that contradicts CNN, MSNBC will report one thing and then report something else 5 hours later that contradicts what it reported earleir. I'm really fed up with all of them. Lately I have just been watching the Weather Channel, at least there I know I have a 50/50 chance of getting the correct info from them.
