another way to tell, but its not all the time and not every woman does it but....during and after and orgasm place your hand in the small of their back and you'll feel a heat spot, maybe even a little sweat that wasnt there a second ago.

Im a girl & I've never faked... there were many times guys couldn't get me off. When I met my husband he could always give me an orgasm really fast... :) I don't see a point in faking.
