Just saw this for the first time tonight. Really liked it. Is there anything really important I should know? Like something that was revealed after a major build up in character development?

Nope every show is a new show.they have some one with some weird illness and they try to cure it.But nonetheless it is an awesome show.:)

Next week you'll see a little bit more about him and his ex-love. If you go to www.fox.com/house you can read the previous seasons episodes. I believe it's one of the last 3 episodes where they tell you what happened to his leg and why he is like that.

I just saw Hugh Laurie on Leno and it caught me off gaurd when he spoke. I hadn't read his real life bio before, so that strong english accent sounded wierd.

So I just watched the first season. During it I really got into the song, so I downloaded. On the show it sounded really deep and powerful. Then the lady starts singing and completely changes the feel. The song is "Teardrop" by Massive Attack.

So what's everyone's thoughts on the new season so far?

I've been into this show since it first aired its first season. Hands down my favorite show on so far. The new CSI's, NCIS, Criminal Minds, and Shark are getting ready to start, House is up for some competition. I really like Law & Order: Criminal Intent, but not near as much to watch it rather than House.
