i'm starting therapy on my shoulder this wednesday
to those that have had injury rehab, do they ask you to stop lifting weights? I've been lifting with this injury for about 2 or 3 years because its not a painful injury, and i know since i've been lifting for 2 or 3 years with it 2 or 3 days isn't gonna make a different i'm just intrigued to know what i'm in for and if i will be asked to stop while rehabbing for the next 5 weeks or so
i've worked hard and gained alot of solid size over just the past 4 months or so and I really don't want to lose what i worked so hard to gain so i guess i'm sorta nervous in that respect
i have internal impingement or "throwers shoulder", from playing baseball, only time my shoulder gets bothered is when i throw a baseball, lifting weights it doesn't bother me at all
last question is how painful is therapy usually? are you pretty much inactive for the rest of the day? like if i do some internal/external rotations on my right side, my arms burns like hell and goes almost numb for a little while...and that's one of the primary exercises i'll be doing in rehab
