This morning I went running (hills and sprints) and sat there and dripped sweat for almost 1/2 an hour. My dog loved it-he loves licking sweat off of me. I stunk so bad I couldn't stand my own stench!
It made me late for work cause there was no point in showering while I was still dripping like a leaky faucet.

A cold shower will fix that. They aren't the best but it will bring your core temp down and stop the sweat.

There is an old guy at my gym that wears a sweat suit. He runs on the treadmill and boxes his imaginary friend. Then he gets on the equipment smelling to high heaven and leaves his puddles of sweat on everything. Never taking off his BO, stinky trashbag like sweat suit.

I have moved to other areas of the gym during a workout to avoid getting sick from his stench. I believe he thinks that everyone stares because we think he is cool.

I made the mistake of reading this thread while eating lunch. I'm eating an egg salad sandwich. Yeah, I gagged a couple of times.
