Breach in NO Industrial Canal

Just saw this on fox news. They expected some seapage, but it's already broke in what looks like about 1 and half to 2 car lengths. It' not broken all the way down to the bottom of the levy, it looks more like water coming over the top of an overflowm bathtub.
