Basically Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal play gay cowboy lovers in 1963. But it's a secret they hide from everyone at home and lead straight lives with families. Some women I have talked to say it looks really hot, but most women are saying it will ruin there sex appeal. Either way, it's a movie that will re-draw the lines of possible movie plots. Last movie I can remeber that pushed those lines was "Cider House Rules" because it was a movie about abortion.

You would be suprised. Not sure where you are from, but no one would dare be open about it here (except maybe a few at the college). There is still alot and in this aspect you could count the President in. Did you see that bible thumper guy that came on here last week preaching about NO was a place of sin because of the gay and such. That being why "god" hit them with a hurricane. For someone to come to a public board like that and think his words would recieve a warm welcome, is obviously sheltered. It also shows that there is alot more where that came from.
