I don't see how it is physiologically impossible to achieve that with oils. The body does things like that on it's own with the build up of extra fuids, i.e.,...edema. So why couldn't an excess of something more dense than water cause something similar or worse?

You cannot achieve that size with SEO's because the oil dissipates before enough of it can be built up to that size. And that much volume cannot be injected in the area in the time space required for it not to dissipate as simply it cannot be accomodated.
That size can only be achieved over long term implant procedures - increasing the implants over time as the skin stretches.

BTW, the above scenario is if the SEO is used a a temporary 'implant', which is abuse. Proper SEO use results in real muscle growth being facilitated, but obviously it can never reach size such as the one in the pics.

The inflamation/redness/etc of the muscles is because having an implant in a small, highly active muscle, like the biceps, it's very irritating to the muscle, especially compared to women's breast implants. Ask any plastic surgeon and theycan fully detail it for you.
