  • Props to GNC!

I know, I know! I feel the same way about GNC as most of you, but they have this new thing on their website (http://www.fitnessplanner.gnc.com) that lets you track workouts and meals and summarizes your info for you. It takes a little to setup but once you have your normal meals in there it remembers them and it's easy to repeat meals or workouts if you do the same or similar things alot. Here's my results for today so far.

    Calorie Count
    Burned today: 1861
    Eaten today: 4314

    Nutrition Breakdown
    Carbs: 41.6%
    Proteins: 39.4%
    Fat: 19.0%

How does it compare to fitday.com? That site is hard to beat.

GNC has a workout log built in, so you can enter workout info to track progress there as well. I like the GNC layout more as well. It just seemed easier to use and the reports were laid out better with the info that I really care about. I'd say it seems to me Fitday is made for the average person that does some exercise and GNC is made more for people that weighttrain.

The site looks useful BBaddict! I dont have anything against GNC lol. They dont offer the best products and pricing. Its not personal.
