I had a really good friend that used to post here and several other muscle forums. His name here was xxovercomexx the same as most other forums. He was a very happy guy until he redesigned his stack and started pushing alot. Not long into it he puposefully overdosed on insulin. His mother and baby sister found him and his room covered in blood completely purple and long past dead. The genious paramedic was kind enough to tell his mom his death was very painful, ASSHOLE. This was January 2004, I am just now posting about because I ran across his posts looking for something else and because I would like others to realize the dangers of slin. Jay was the happiest most outgoing person I ever met and he fell apart in a matter of weeks. His death tore up his family and has left a large hole in a lot of people's hearts. He was known by many and loved by all who met him. Please keep an eye on those you love and yourselves if using supplements.

Sorry to hear this brother. If it helps, I will tell you that it would NOT have been a painful death. With an insulin over dose, it deprives the brain of glucose and you slip into a coma. No pain at all. Then, the brain dies. I see people with extremely low blood sugars that I actually resucitate and they don't remember the whole episode.

He did for about two days leading up to his suicide. It was very sudden (he was without a doubt one of the happiest persons I ever met), he was very depressed on thursday and killed himself saturday night. I think he was in between stacks or just starting one. Everyone has said all along it was the steroids and I definetly agree.

Thats helps, never bothered to look look into it. I figured it was true cause apparently there was blood everywhere and he was purple because his blood vessels ruptured or something.

                      Sorry to hear it bro...

Just remember that everyone makes choices in life that affect them in the longterm. Your buddy just didn't make the right choices at the right time. I hope you keep your head up!
