  • I am so in love!

I spending some time with my son while my finacee was sleeping. He was awake and working on standing. He can hold the stand for about 10 seconds, but I have to balance him and help him up to his feet. Well this morning while we were doing it, he smiled at me for the first time :dancingne

That's got to be a damn good feeling. I don't have kids, but I am around my niece quite often. She is now 19 months old and even though she's only my niece, sometimes it is just a rush of good feelings seeing her make progress.

Thats awesome to hear--just wait till the first time he says daddy. Kids are so darn precious! Now that he can stand, you need to start teaching him how to do squats.

Thanks for letting me share my hapiness. I had been noticing that I was wanting more and more to be home. I seem to be able to track it back to this point. I now feel more like I really mean something to him, instead of just somone who takes care of him.

I know that feeling all to well. I miss my son so much during the day. I always find myself wondering how his day at daycare is going.

Nothing changes your life more than a child. I have a 17 month old son and I could never have imagined loving something as much as I love him.
