USC VS Notre Dame....

everybody keeps saying that, but I just don't see it happening. Notre Dame hasn't impressed me at all this year. They beat Michigan, but Michigan is so overrated. I don't understand how they remained in the top 25 with a 3-2 record, but since they lost to Minnesota this last weekend the finally dropped out. And after this weekend against Penn State, it looks like Michigan is going to be 3-4. I wouldn't be suprised if Michigan finished the season at 5-6 with the next losses coming from Northwestern (NW looked tough after their win over Wisconsin, not to mention barely losing to Penn State, only other loss coming from #18 Ariz State, their defense is weak but so is Michigan's offense), and Ohio State.
Oh yeah ND beat Pittsburgh (ranked 23 at the time), but Pitt has lost to Ohio, Nebraska, and Rutgers. And if you watched the Fiesta Bowl last year when Utah destroyed Pitt, then you knew they weren't going to be any better this year (especially with how weak the Big East is).
ND also beat Purdue (ranked 22 at the time), but they're 2-3 with wins coming only over Akron and Arizona.
Notre Dame might have one of the weakest schedules in the country. Three toughest games are against USC (they're going to get slaughtered, just like the last 3 years), Tennessee (3-2, with two tough losses to UGA and UF, we'll see how they do against Bama), and Michigan(overrated).

Va. Tech has played two 'decent' teams, Ga. Tech and NC State. NC State who lost to UNC (are you kidding me?) and Ga. Tech who beat Auburn first week and lost to NC State last week.
Texas has beat a good Ohio State team, one which I thought would finish with 3 or 4 losses, and a shitty Oklahoma team who lost to TCU and UCLA and beat KSU and Tulsa.
People are just praying for USC to lose, who cares that they have their entire offense from last year who made the #2 Oklahoma defense look like a high school team in the Orange Bowl. Or that they have 3 heisman canidates on offense.
Oh but they were losing to Oregon at half 13-10, and Arizona State 21-7 at half (a suprisingly good Arizona State that lost to LSU on the last play of the game and beat a pretty good NW team). By the way, VT was losing to NC State at half 13-10. That means jack shit to me, the only thing that matters is the final score.
Talk about no respect...
