Got our new puppy...

I will never replace my little girl that died last week but I do believe that this new puppy will fill that void of emptyness. The new puppy is a little bigger then the last pup. More wrinkles and a bigger head. I already love her. Just thought you guys would like to know. :)

Ya Same breeder. One of the top 3 breeders in the country for the Dogue de bordeaux. What my puppy died from was aspiration pneumonia. Meaning she swallowed or inhaled a piece of food or a piece of something and it went down the wrong pipe and right into her lungs. The piece of food just sat in her lungs and bactria formed. Her body wasnt able to fight off the agressive bacteria at her young age. All the docs told us that this is something that happens in 1 in a million pups. She had no genetic faults, just happend to get that piece of food in the wrong places and her body couldnt get rid of it. The pup we have now has the same father but different mother.
