Just get an emmory board and file it down yourself. If you go too deep and hit the root, just do a few shots and chase it with a beer and you won't feel a thing. Just use a bottle opener this time.

The emory board works...done it a couple of times myself, but never on a beer bottle. By the way, those little amps just shatter that way. Don't try it! :D
