  • My work just got in these new donuts for breakfast...

They come in single packages and it has 580 calories. 33g fat, 68g carbs, 39g sugar lol. I tried a piece of one and it's damn good. It's the glazed ones from this site. http://www.cloverhill.com/page5.html

It's part of the contenetal breakfast, and no one here is healthy. I live where it is customary to have fried food for every meal.

I dont know how people can do that to themselves. Even as a kid, before I got involved in bodybuilding I couldnt eat that kinda shit all day long. I just have always felt like my body is not running right when I feed it garbage like that. I have gone threw many kinds of bulking diets. At one time I was eating nothing but shit all day just to see the effect it would have. That lasted about a month. I couldnt sleep, had a hard time getting out of bed, felt slow and slugish all day and so on. I guess alot of people go threw life like that. Its really a shame.

When I lived in Missouri everyone ate like shit. I'm sure there were a few smart ones but it just seemed to be a way of life and no one even noticed - WTF?

Down here is South Louisiana it's the worst. The fatties are out of control.

Mississippi and Louisiana are always 2 of the worst states in all those health and obesity rankings. When I go down there, I understand why. Between all the cheap fried food and all the amazingly good local Cajun food, you don't stand a chance. I used to love visiting New Orleans cause I don't think I ever had a bad meal eating at restaurants there. There are so many great restaurants in and around the French Quarter.

The sad thing to me is people eat that way and then blame it on the resturants or companies making the food that they are so fat. It is like hey stop stuffing your face that may help. Not trying to be mean just blows my mind.

True, but on the other hand, have you ever tried to eat nothing but restaurant food for weeks on end. It's the reality for a lot of people that travel a lot, including me at times. Its nearly impossible to find a restaurant that will provide a reasonably healthy meal, without a bunch of fat and excessive serving sizes. I've resorted to ponying up the extra money most of the time to find a condo or something with a kitchen so that I can make my own meals. The cheap hotels are actually better than nice hotels in that respect cause a lot of cheap hotels at least have a microwave and a fridge, so I can make oatmeal, sweet potatoes and then just eat canned meats and leftovers from last nights 3-serving dinner!
