  • Timma, you would be proud..

Decided to dump nextel. I just dont use it much and with all the talk about them I decided to dump them. Sana already had Cingular so I went with them. Im on the family plan with sana now and its only like 35 bucks a month. They are sending me this phone for free http://www.mobiledia.com/phones/lg/c1500.html
just a basic phone but I dont need anything more.

I'm going to get either that phone or another one. Mine is old and keeps having problems. All I care about is to have a flip phone and the time on the outside. The only reason I would get a different one if it's more expensive (no more than $40) is if it has a stopwatch. I can buy a stopwatch, but it's more convienent and I don't forget it if it's on my phone.

I'm on the family plan with my fiancee also. for $50 bucks a month we have way more minutes than we need, espeacially since our calls to each other don't use our minutes.

I think our plan is $70 bucks a month. We will just split that so each of us will pay $35. Plus with the rollover minutes, im sure we will have plenty of minutes left over. I only used 148 minutes last month, lol.

I don't see the bill, it's in my granparents name and I just pay them, but I would imagine I use about the same minutes. IF I need to make a call I get on and get off. Don't like to mindlessly chit chat.

sounds good. Me and my sister shared a Cingular family plan. It was alright, we would pay like 88 bucks with taxes and all.

But i recently signed one with Nextel, to giv ehtem a shot. I like thier service, see how it goes.

One thing i didnt like about Cingular was that, since before i was with ATT and Cingular bought them out about a year ago. So what happend, i had an old phone that i had problems with. For a year, the antenna was messed up, so i called the customer service, took it to the store, and even went online to tyry to get a new phone. I still had a year left in the contract and the bastards didnt wanna give me a new phone unless I signed a new contract with them. The shit that pissed me off big time was that I was paying insurance for it about 4.99-5.99 a month, and they didnt want to give me a new phone.

But over all Cingular is good when it comes to minutes, reception, stuff like that, especially the mobile to mobile minutes. Just the only thing was that they didnt wanna give me a new phone.

I use like 300 minutes a month and my fiance uses like 200. We plan on getting 700 minutes which will be way more then enough. My problem is I cannot decide what phone to get. I don't want to pay $300 for another PDA phone so the ones i'm looking at are free but the reviews on them are mixed.

:ghey: I don't have a home phone either. I don't see the point these days, unless you use dial up internet.

I have cingular and four lines of family plan all together it's like $120 a month with all my lines I still have like 2000 rollover minutes. Bouncer I used to have lg phone and it never worked wright I switched to Motorolla V551 and it is the best cell phone I ever had by far it is like having a land line phone it sounds great no static no drop calls and it works everywhere so I think you should look in to it. It was not free but it wasn't expensive either,i think it was around $50.

6k minutes a month huh. Yep, your the person that cant do anything without a damn phone stuck to your ear. Your drive while talking on the phone. You eat while talking on the phone, you take a shit while talking on the phone, you walk your dog while talking on the phone and so on. I would like to volunteer to smash your phone with a hammer. :)
