i do traps once every 2 weeks, 5 plates a side and just go till i drop them, then right away pick up the hundos and finish it out I then use the 50's and just squeeze at the top as long as I can then start over... I do 5 sets just like that, I realized though my traps resond well to longer rest periods, and are usually very very sore for 2 days post workout
my straps look like shit after a few months time to get some nice ones.
Btw shibby thanks for the compliment, in a week or so the nandralone will be kickin in so I'm hoping for some new growth...
