You're just a babe in the woods...lol. Enjoy being young num....after 30 the years just seem to slip by fast. My work has me always staying on top of health and nutrition and I train 6 days a week at the gym. I actually know much more now than I did in my 20's and I am in better shape and feel much better.

Actually I haven't taken any lately. I stopped posting pics over a year ago cuz I had idea that someone at my work had joined the board. Wasn't sure but didn't want to take the chance.

You are already massive my man!! The goal should be to do everything you can to maintain tip top health. The older you get the less you bounce back from injuries or set backs from illnesses. You lose natural test levels and recovery abilities. You just need to tweak shit so much finer over 30 because you don't have the wonders of youth helping you if you screw up with your diet or if you can't get in the gym for an extended period of time. You have to be totally dedicated at that point or you will get "old". Just remember my sig at all times, num, and you will succeed.

                            House at 20....that is impressive.

Well I work hard to get in good habbits now so that its just part of my life so when I do get older the tweakin will be just that, and I won't have to do any major changes just minor things, I just hear that guys in their early 30's respond to test and gear more and thats where the growth is

It makes sense because test levels start on the decline after 30, so you have more room to get those levels back up to that ceiling with gear, making it much more effective at that stage in your life. That's why younger guys run the risk of gyno and shit cuz the excess converts to too much estrogen.
