I think Jessica Biel is pretty but far from the "Hottest woman alive". I believe the woman that would be the "Hottest Women Alive" would be one of the few stars that actually look hot in the morning before they put on their makeup. And I don't think Jessica looks that hot without makeup. So that narrows it down to probably a handfull of woman that can pass that test.
