I think it's not just about looks when they gave her the sexiest woman alive title. It has to do with her reputation, her persona, the moives she's been in, the different roles shes played, how she she dresses, how she acts in public, and other stuff of that nature. Have you ever heard something bad about her on the inquirer or celebs caught on tape or anything like that? I know I haven't. It's an overall picture instead of just what she looks like. But I do agree, she is smoking.
