    Well, I know families with one kid that depend on Uncle Sam for everything. I suppose you're right-every woman on welfare should have her tubes tied. If she gets a job and gets off welfare, then she can have the procedure reversed, unless she already has more than two kids.

      I think he forgot what he was lastly gonna say--or maybe he realized he was a 3rd child, shouldn't ever have been born into the world and ended his own life so that he stops putting unnecessary strain on the economy and the world. :dunno:

        I can understand the love for children. But with all the kids out there that don't have families and need to be adopted, why must someone have 20 "natural" kids? Just doesn't make sense to me.
