Also, if you look close enough, or if you have a DVR and can pause etc, you will find a figure of Superman somewhere in Seinfeld's apartment in every episode. He shows up in different places all the time...
The Dumbells in my gym only go up to 150lbs. The problem is they are to light for exercises such as behind the head tricep presses and shrugs. These are to of my favorite exercises and I find myself having to do 3 and 4 sets of 20 reps. I dont want that, I want to be able to get a weight that I can just get 10 reps such as 180lb or 200lb Db's. I dont understand why they cant purchase a complete set of DB's, instead they stop at 150's. Thats my bitching for the day. bah
** I think you are full of shit, you aint doing tricep presses with 180-220 Db's... Oh oh, i called out the great Bounce..... :hmmm:
