            Just be careful, as yo uwon't be covered under insurance if someone gets hurt, even if it's not your fault. 99% of trainers are either covered under the gym they work for or have their own insurance for this kind of thing.

              Honestly CSWOLES, in most gyms, if they find out you are training someone and getting paid, you will be kicked out of the gym. As a result, your friends can lose their membership and you can be sued by the gym.

                  CSWOLES-I doubled checked tonight with a manager at 24hr about the situation and she said I am right, but she has never heard of anyone being sued because banning them from the club and voiding their membership usually does the trick.
