The way woman's arms will make that bulge on there tricep area when the put there arms like this. Somone called this something one time that I thought was pretty funny, but I can't remember it.

I agree, but I would rather drop 20lbs of fat first. I never have a hard time putting on lean mass, it's when I am trying to cut FAT I suffer...damn genetics...Comment

I can cut real real easy, just low dose of prop and lots of cardio plus i cut back the cals a lil and it just comes off
